Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂

This week: I am taking a blogging break for 2 weeks while I work on some home and work projects. I will be back checking in the week of July 7th! I hope y’all are doing great 🙂

  1. I’m posting last week’s update a bit late as I was on vacation, but better late than never! Did a bit of swimming and water aerobics while on vacation – nice to change things up every once in a while!

  2. Hoping to start back at my original workload when I get back from vacation. So I don’t expect much the first half of July, but I will be better the second half of July.

    As you already saw on Twitter… I am SO PSYCHED that I have lost over 20 lbs since I started #bookblogwalkers and reached a goal weight I was aiming for! Now the “real work” begins as I tackle maintaining and staying healthy!
