Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂

This week I have been putting my treadmill desk to work and fill like I am back on the horse 🙂

Don’t forget to go check-in at Jen’s

  1. I’m glad the treadmill desk is working for you. I need to save up a bit and move things around to see if I can get myself setup with one too – because I would move so much more if even 1/3 of the time I spend at my desk was walking! Thanks for sharing how you built yours, it seems very doable!

  2. My last week wasn’t good. I was on vacation and didn’t do much (but eat). Maybe couple of short walks and that’s it, but yesterday I went to the gym and had a nice workout. Today I’m feeling very sore. 🙂

  3. I have failed miserably on my walking since summer started and I really miss it. Now that fall and cooler weather are on the horizon I am anxious to get out, plug in an audio book and get walking.
