I’m glad the treadmill desk is working for you. I need to save up a bit and move things around to see if I can get myself setup with one too – because I would move so much more if even 1/3 of the time I spend at my desk was walking! Thanks for sharing how you built yours, it seems very doable!
My last week wasn’t good. I was on vacation and didn’t do much (but eat). Maybe couple of short walks and that’s it, but yesterday I went to the gym and had a nice workout. Today I’m feeling very sore. π
I would hate to see me on a treadmill desk. My computer would not thank me… especially when I trip on invisible things and send it flying… π
I have failed miserably on my walking since summer started and I really miss it. Now that fall and cooler weather are on the horizon I am anxious to get out, plug in an audio book and get walking.
