Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I hit 10 inches gone! WOOT! Still no weight whatsoever but who cares—10 inches! I am doing a dance of boogie down 🙂

That is awesome. I’m just holding steady. I know I slip on what I eat too often. At least I’m not gaining. The movement is good for me. I’m predisposed to arthritis, so my doctor loves that I’m walking as much. I am trying to step up the jogging and more incline on the treadmill.

Congratulations to you!!! That’s amazing!!! Sometimes I think the inches are a better indication than the scale anyway – I’d rather have muscles, which weigh more, than fat!

I’ve made it another week. Getting ready to jog a 5K Turkey Trot with my son on Thanksgiving! I jogged with only one 30 sec break for 3.5 miles yesterday. I’ll be ready, if not frozen, by Thanksgiving!
Awesome, congrats!!! I haven’t been doing good keeping track, but I would be thrilled with 10 inches. That cheesecake Monday probably didn’t help LOL!
