Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time πŸ™‚

The next few weeks my exercise will be measure in helping people pack and move but also in yard work. I think I miss walking, it was less stressful on the old bones!

  1. I have been keeping up with the walking, and unfortunately the eating. But it’s balanced out and so no weight gain and no loss is all good! I’ve been walking 2-4 miles everyday. It feels great!

  2. Not such a good final walking week in May, mixture of heavy workload and seriously painful back problem meant few opportunities and discomfort when I took them. But osteopath today and onwards and upwards (hopefully)

  3. A little late getting my post up, but was at BEA and just got home this morning. I did a lot of walking around both at BEA and around the NYC the last few days and now need to get back to training for my next 1/2 marathon!

    Have a great week!!!

just got back from my two mile ‘circuit’ (walking, running, strength training exercises on the trail). Beautiful morning here with sun and warmer weather πŸ™‚

  5. Oh man moving is most definitely a good workout! I’ve moved like 5 times in the past three years, so I’ve gotten quite efficient at it, but no matter what I get exhausted and sweaty. Just think how happy you’ll be when you start walking again πŸ™‚
