Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time πŸ™‚

This week I totally kicked ass but then again anytime you are on your feet for a solid two days there is very few ways you can’t meet goal. I also finally dropped a pound πŸ™‚ I swear this over 40 body changing thing is going to drive me bonkers LOL

  1. Yep… over 40… I get it! I used to never have to worry about what I ate, what I did.

I had another good week. I am averaging 2-3 miles per walk. I want to find a race or something to work towards.

  2. I managed to get in four days of walking, got a bit bogged down with some bad weather days and tiredness. But four I am happy with as opposed to nothing!

  3. Woo Hoo for dropping that pound! I love when I see that number drop on the scale. It might be slow, but that’s the best way – then it’s more likely to stay off!

I’m heading to BEA next week and can only imagine how many steps I’ll be getting in between being on my feet all day there and then doing a bit of walking in NYC.

    Have a great week!!!
