Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time ๐Ÿ™‚

This week I met my step goals! Also it is May, y’all, May! My goal is now 7000 steps a day! Yesterday I hit it but it will probably be a bit of a push for at least the first 2 weeks ๐Ÿ™‚

How did you do?

Also April’s Winner was Bloduedd–go by and tell her congratulations! She has had some health issues but still made an effort to work fitness into her life. That is the kind of “can-do” attitude that I love!

    But… YEA BLODUEDD!! It wasn’t your best week, but you are still going strong overall. Keep up the great work!

    I had a good week – really watched what I ate and did a lot of walking. I’ve updated my May goals and am feeling good! Thanks Felicia!

  2. Big congrats on meeting your step goal! And congrats Blodeudd … way to go girl!! I had a good week last week, and a fun weekend with walks in a rainforest, down to waterfalls, legs were like jelly after lol

  3. I need to get a pedometer and see how much walking I get in a day. I don’t typically count my dog’s walks in my check-ins (except those days I didn’t do anything else) but I have a feeling I’m moving a lot more than I give myself credit for. I mean, I take her out every 4 hours at least! What do you use? Congrats on reaching the next level and good luck making it the whole month!

  4. YAY! Congrats on meeting your goals. It’s been raining for the past 5 days here… I really need to get a treadmill. Yes, yes, I know I’m not made of sugar & I won’t melt, but I’m talking torrential downpours not drizzles. LOL

  5. Way to go for meeting your step goal!!! My week was a bit off after being away last weekend, but I did get 5 days of walking in, so I’m happy about that.

    • 5 days is awesome! I always think vacation or time with family is valid reason to not do “move with intent” walking because chances are you probably got a lot of steps in those days ๐Ÿ™‚
