Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in March 28 2014
Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I hit my goal! I wanted to average 5000 steps over 6 days (I always take Sunday off) and went over by 2226 steps! WOOT!
Someone asked last week if I wear my fitbit all day and the answer is yes! I take it off the second I look at it and realize that I have hit my goal for the day (sometimes that is right after and sometimes it is a little later). My goal is make active part of my life all day. Even with just 5000 steps that required a set time for exercising. I will be moving up to 6000 steps a day on April 1rst and that will require me getting more active. I can’t wait!

During her non-reading time you can find her hanging with her rescue furr children named after book characters: Lizzie a beautiful cattle dog mix (Pound Pup), Cinder a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Pound Pup), and Minerva a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Foster Fail). Gathering with friends and family, attending conventions, watching movies/tv shows, rooting for the 49rs, and crocheting.
