Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I am holding strong to my squat challenge. My legs don’t feel like jelly anymore but they aren’t particularly happy with me either LOL I have also been laying flooring inbetween working on my work project! It is coming along. I am getting a lot better with the circular saw 🙂
BIG NEWS: Because she is such an inspiration and wanted to do something special–I am going to turn over hosting duties for the month of August to Jennifer (That’s What I’m Talking About). We haven’t worked out all the details but I will be pointing you to her blog every week to check-in! 🙂
