Book Blog Walkers Weekly Check-in July 18 2014

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂

Due to work commitments I actually have to extend my LOA  from the blog until the 22nd. We go live (hopefully) with this project on August 4th. Send good thoughts my way that a) we make it and b)the rest of the month (after the 22nd) isn’t so crazy.

MINOR UPDATE: I have been doing the crazy squat challenge from Sisterhood of Shrinking Jeans! It has been challenging but I am sticking with it! Which means 125 squats today eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeks!

Also next month will be a very special book blog walkers! Stay tuned next week for details 🙂

    Belatedly checking in-we were on vacation last week and I got gobs of walking in! Which helped offset the gobs of ice cream I ate hehe

  2. Yay for the squat challenge!! I’ve been getting in a couple of walks each week, but over all it’s been a bummer summer. Too busy and too tired! 🙁

  3. I didn’t do so great last week. I blame it on the vacay. I walked cause the resort where we stayed was huge but I didn’t track any of it.

    Squats are awesome! A great way to get that booty off the ground. I should do that challenge. My butt is dragging. LOL!

  4. I’m back from vacation and healthy (or as healthy as I get), so I’m back to the grind. I’ve been on the treadmill everyday since I’ve been back. Yay!! I’m also back to tracking my calorie in take again.

  5. Hope your work goes well and all is ready. Squats – ah no! Damaged my knee once and now it would totally give on me I think – I’ll stick to walking!

  6. Man! I TOTALLY forgot about the squat challenge! I really wanted to jump in this month, but I just had too much going on. 🙁 I’ll have to try again next month! Congrats on doing it, my glutes hurt for you 😉

  7. How is the squat challenge going? I always sign up to do those month-long challenges with high excitement and enthusiasm at the beginning of the month and then lose steam halfway through. I find if I set up my own routine, I’m much better at sticking with it!

    Curious as to what you have planned for next month!
