Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time π
Due to work commitments I actually have to extend my LOAΒ from the blog until the 22nd. We go live (hopefully) with this project on August 4th. Send good thoughts my way that a) we make it and b)the rest of the month (after the 22nd) isn’t so crazy.
Hope y’all are doing great! For those in the US have a very safe and fun Holiday weekend!

I had a good week – second/final week of lake vacation. I did manage to get out and walk. I also tracked my food and drink, which was A LOT. I’ll be back home next week and eating a bit more normally! π

My job been crazy too this week so I haven’t been able to visit other blogs. But I hope your project goes as scheduled and you get some relaxation!

Doing good over here! My summer routine has settled down and I’m walking/running/strength training 3 days a week. Last night I added a new strength exercise and dang, can I feel that in my legs today, lol. Next week we’re heading out on vacation and we’ll be camping-LOTS of walking planned π
Sorry that work is consuming so much of your time. Hope you’re getting some downtime in or at least taking a few walking breaks here and there!
