You did really well after the flu knocked you around. blah I found it hard to get motivated last week, got no reason I just didn’t feel like being good.
Yeahhhh….soooo….I didn’t move as much as I wanted to this past week. It doesn’t take much to get me out of sync. I moved to a new building on Monday so my commute has totally changed. My new boss is kind of a hyper whacko so now I have to figure out how to deal with her. AND it was freaking freezing again! Temps in the single digits and wind chills in the negatives. I can’t function in this weather! Yeah, excuses, excuses. LOL!
My trainer is out of town the next two weeks so I really have the double the effort of getting to the gym. But I’m going to do it!
Total fail for me… sick kids and now sick me equals no walking π hope to be back on track next week!
I got hit by a small bug this week and it wasn’t my best either. I say that the fact we kept moving means we did good. And what do you know, after today, we will have conquered January! I look forward to February! #bookblogwalkers has been such a great mechanism for staying responsible! And love the new idea to feature someone!
Glad you’re feeling better π
I really think you did well. Thanks for the idea, it is such a great support thing. So here is to February, may we all walk it!
WOW! I can’t believe it’s the end of January! Although I started in a week late, I am so excited that I made my goal every single day since! This Thursday was the high point when I walked for over an hour! Now… what to do in February?!
Glad you are getting better! *HUGS*
This week was not good for me either. A cold sapped my energy! I did get in a couple of 30-min walks.
Finally got my treadmill going and have been doing 43 minutes (the length of a Veronica Mars Season II episode) a day! Yahoo!
Happy you’re feeling better!
I’m glad you are feeling better. You are supposed to be healthy! Didn’t you get my demand? π
Seriously, don’t push yourself into another sickness. I think what you did was fantabulous especially since you were sick! Pat yourself on the back and buy yourself a book you were that good!
I finally did good! YAY for not being sick anymore
I have not been doing that great this week. Between finishing things up for my departure from this job and the weather, I’ve been lucky to get 5K steps per day. My goal is to consistently get 6K. I’m still going to keep working at it though.
