Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I dropped to a size 12 pants from a size 14! I am doing the snoopy pant size dance!
- Fri: 30 min light walking
- Sat: 30 min light walking
- Sun: OFF
- Mon: 30 min cardio walking
- Tues: 30 min cardio walking
- Wed: OFF
- Thurs: 30 min cardio walking

Oh, I’ve been so bad this week. Only worked out once. *cries* I’m so hoping that the weather will improve so I can get outside and walk. I need some spring therapy!

Nice going and great about the pant’s size. Always something to celebrate. I don’t walk to lose weight, rather to keep blood pressure in check, however would not complain if I lost some weight either!

I had a great week. I’ve been in Florida all week and managed to walk everyday for at least 2 miles. Several days my son came with me, which made me so happy. I felt so much better on this vacation than prior ones because I was moving. Thanks!
I was a big slacker this week. LOL Hopefully March will be better.
Just keep trying and you’ll get back out there. One day or several… it’s better than nothing!
I wont have a chance to link up today, got a birthday party to plan for tomorrow, a house to clean and a load of laundry to do so the birthday boy has some pants to wear (no birthday suits allowed) 🙂
I did take a 30 minute walk with my hubby on Saturday and went swimming with my youngest on Monday and Wednesday. I haven’t been feeling well this week so just doing what I have to.
We will do the snoopy dance for you. Way to go on all the walking!
