Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂

This week I got rid of those Thanksgiving pounds but changed my goal over the holiday to just maintain and then move forward in Jan 🙂 I also got my fitbit back so I am back to a goal of 8000 steps a day 🙂

  1. That’s my holiday goal too – don’t gain! If I don’t, I will end the year 40 pounds lighter than I started it, and that’s a plus! Got my fitbit back this week too – may have to kick start myself with another weekly challenge, where my brother kicks all our butts lol!

  2. I am in the same exact spot – got rid of the extra Thanksgiving pounds and now I just need to maintain through the end of the year. We can do it!!

  3. Oh my goodness! I love your winter themed blog!!! SOOOOOOOOO cute! I normally do snowflakes too, but I totally forgot this year. LOL maybe I’ll do it later.
