Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I got rid of those Thanksgiving pounds but changed my goal over the holiday to just maintain and then move forward in Jan 🙂 I also got my fitbit back so I am back to a goal of 8000 steps a day 🙂
