Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in
Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time π
This week I was on goal Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, but last Fri/Sat I let my back rest up. I am not sure what I did to it but for a bit it was sore. However, even on those two days I made sure to get half of my goal in π Also I am throwing this reminder out there because we are about to start Month 5. I know I have been a bit discouraged that weight hasn’t been coming off. That being said I never did this to lose weight, I did it to feel better so….

Woo Hoo! I am ready to tackle May! I am still on track and doing pretty good. I’ve hit a bit of a plateau with weight loss for the past 3 weeks, but I’m okay with that. I’m working hard and getting fit. My big news… I’m wearing pants and jeans that I didn’t fit into all last year!

I got my post up on time, but am late linking up b/c I was away this weekend for my brother’s wedding. I typically walk by myself but because I was with my mom and sister this weekend, I got to walk with them – and it was so nice having walking buddies!!!
I do this because I enjoy walking and I am training for another marathon and I know it’s so important to stay active. While it’s not the goal, I have noticed that I am starting to lose some weight and inches – slowly, but I think that’s the best way to do it. I’ll be looking out for the May sign up post!!!
This is only my first month participating in BBW but my first week on my chocolate ban and watching what I eat. So this has been a good work for me.
I haven’t lost weight either but I haven’t gained any (so that is good lol). I work in an office, so there are days when I am so busy I am sitting for more than 7 hours. So getting some exercise is good even though we don’t see any results. Hope you are feeling better! Take it easy and have a great weekend!
You did great, yes I agree we need to keep our reason for starting and motivation up. Losing weight is nice – haven’t lost any either, but I think it does have health benefits in plenty so May is coming up and there we go!
Who needs walks when you have wedding stress? I seem to be losing weight lately without even trying. Still, I miss my quality time w/ the pooches. I need to get back into it.
