Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in April 11 2014

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂

This week I kicked ass! I was shocked that I made goal with work and then a blister issue on Tuesday.  I wish all weeks would be this awesome LOL I was 2024 steps over goal 🙂

  1. Congrats on making your weekly goal! I did pretty good as well, walking every day one. I do my weekly check ins on Monday, and was excited to realize/discover that I’ve now lost 15 lbs with bookblogwalkers! I’m so excited. Thank you for all the support! xo

    I haven’t been checking in I been so busy with work but not too busy to do my part… I have been running early mornings which great and I have lost me Shepard of weight and now sitting at a lovely 127 which isn’t bad so even though I’m not Checking I really I’m working out
    I so happy for you guys on woohoo you guys rock….

  3. Nice going in spite of the blister! One day maybe next week I intend wearing my iPod all day and seeing how many steps I make. Would be interesting.

  4. Your a walking machine! My walking got messed up this week when I messed up my back. I haven’t been able to go for a walk all week and it sucks because this week is actually really nice! 🙁

  5. Way to go Felicia!!! I was happy to get my 5 days in…and happy that the weather is finally turning warm enough that it’s been enjoyable to be walking outside!
