Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in
Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
Also this week I really got back to into my fitbit! I made my step goal (6000 steps) each day. I fell and busted my hiney on Wednesday but got the clear to lightly walk (nothing fast and no long periods) while I heal so I make myself get up every hour and stroll for 10 min. It takes longer to get the steps in but I am determined every day! I also rejoined Weight Watchers. I am looking forward to working that journey again. I was on vacation this week so I wasn’t hard/fast to the rules but I know this program works for me long term. This time I will be staying with it after I reach my goal to keep myself on track. However that is a little ways down the road as I have 31 pounds to lose!
