    Walked 2.5 miles along the canal today in beautiful weather. A walk made even better by the close proximity to USC and, thus, shirtless college boys taking sweaty runs. Oh, I will be back!

    Day 1 I did a 45 minute private Pilates class. I may go do a quick 30 on the elliptical, or I could just continue to sit on my behind and work.
