  1. Did 30 minutes on my elliptical yesterday and getting ready to do another 30 minutes today. All while listening to an audio book! πŸ™‚

  2. Walked 2.5 miles along the canal today in beautiful weather. A walk made even better by the close proximity to USC and, thus, shirtless college boys taking sweaty runs. Oh, I will be back!

Day 1 I did a 45 minute private Pilates class. I may go do a quick 30 on the elliptical, or I could just continue to sit on my behind and work.

  4. Woo Hoo…got my first walk in this morning – was up super early so took advantage!!! I did the 2 mile classic walk from the 4 Mile Power Walk DVD – and loved it. It was my first time doing one of Leslie Sansone’s walks.

I’m so excited to be part of this…Good luck everyone!!!

    • I love her videos! I own about 7 of them and they are just fantastic!

Way to get it in early! I am going to have to do that on Friday πŸ™‚
