Book Blog Walkers: Commit to Exercise for Oct 2014

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time to make a commitment for Oct 2014. Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress for Jan, now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”Β  Remember that at the end of Oct I will be drawing one person from every one participating for a book of your choice up to $10 from either Amazon or Book Depository. Hope to see you in Oct!

Last month’s #BookBlogWalkers All-Star: Fantasy is More Fun!

  1. Awesome!! Yay! I love my treadmill desk too – it’s really helping me kick some butt πŸ™‚ I’m on a wee-bit of a blog break because life’s been too hectic (my mom moved in with us this week) but I’m hoping to be back starting Sunday and next Friday I’ll have an update post for #bookblogwalkers πŸ™‚ This challenge has been so good for me, thanks for hosting it!

  2. Joining this great event as a blogger on Geeks in High School. I’m all for fitness and will stick with this to encourage and support other authors and readers. πŸ™‚

  3. Yea! Congrats Berls!

I am definitely in for another month!! I am finally at a weight I am happy with and I need to keep moving to stay healthy! Thanks, Felicia!

  4. Of course, I’m going to stick with it. I love this idea of everyone pushing each other to move at least a little a day. I didn’t get my normal steps in yesterday because of work, but I did do some steps in place while watching TV towards the end of the night to at least get the number higher. I wouldn’t have done that a year ago. πŸ™‚

  5. Looking forward to my long-awaited holiday in October so updates will be less regular than normal. But part of all this is to manage my Type 2 diabetes and I had good news about my blood sugar and cholesterol and blood pressure (all down to what normal people have so the drugs DO work!) and most importantly I’ve lost 10 kilos since this time last year!
