Awesome!! Yay! I love my treadmill desk too – it’s really helping me kick some butt ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m on a wee-bit of a blog break because life’s been too hectic (my mom moved in with us this week) but I’m hoping to be back starting Sunday and next Friday I’ll have an update post for #bookblogwalkers ๐Ÿ™‚ This challenge has been so good for me, thanks for hosting it!

Joining this great event as a blogger on Geeks in High School. I’m all for fitness and will stick with this to encourage and support other authors and readers. ๐Ÿ™‚

Of course, I’m going to stick with it. I love this idea of everyone pushing each other to move at least a little a day. I didn’t get my normal steps in yesterday because of work, but I did do some steps in place while watching TV towards the end of the night to at least get the number higher. I wouldn’t have done that a year ago. ๐Ÿ™‚

Looking forward to my long-awaited holiday in October so updates will be less regular than normal. But part of all this is to manage my Type 2 diabetes and I had good news about my blood sugar and cholesterol and blood pressure (all down to what normal people have so the drugs DO work!) and most importantly I’ve lost 10 kilos since this time last year!
