Book Blog Walkers: Commit to Exercise for May 2014

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time to make a commitment for May 2014. Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress for Jan, now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”  Remember that at the end of May I will be drawing one person from every one participating for a book of your choice up to $10 from either Amazon or Book Depository.   1. Really keen to join in. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last autumn and need to make sure I get plenty of exercise to help manage my condition. I am trying to do some walking every day, aiming for 5000 steps and more on those days I work in London. My record so far (thanks to the Tube strike) is 12,935!

  4. Count me in for May. I’m walking another 1/2 marathon and I need to get serious about training for it…it’s at the end of July and will be here before I know it!!!
