Really keen to join in. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last autumn and need to make sure I get plenty of exercise to help manage my condition. I am trying to do some walking every day, aiming for 5000 steps and more on those days I work in London. My record so far (thanks to the Tube strike) is 12,935!

Thanks again for hosting this Felicia! I love our group of walkers – it’s so motivating seeing what everyone does each week!!!
