Book Blog Walkers: Commit to Exercise for March 2014

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time to make a commitment for March 2014. Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress for Jan, now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”  Remember that at the end of March I will be drawing one person from every one participating for a book of your choice up to $10 from either Amazon or Book Depository. Hope to see you in March!

  1. I started walking with my sister in February, totally against my will I must add, but 5 weeks in and I feel fitter and healthier than I have in years. I will be 60 next month and wonder why I waited so long to get out and enjoy my surroundings whilst getting fit.This is a great idea to encourage people to walk. Well done.

  4. THANK YOU!! So much! I can’t tell you enough how much #bookblogwalkers means to me and how much it’s helping me! I did have another good week – met my goals and walked every day. It felt so good. I’m going to up my goals for March (I’ll be blogging about that tomorrow!)

  5. Congrats Jen! Exercising on vacation, eh? You go girl! I started out strong in February, but as the temperature dropped, so did my desire to go outside and walk. Hopefully things will begin to thaw in March, and I’ll have no more excuses.
