Woohoo … back again. Thanks Felicia, you rock!!
YEAH! Glad to see you aboard for Feb! GOOD LUCK!
I’m definitely still in! I have the 5k to keep training for π Today was my rest day, but tomorrow I’ll be doing my C25K again! Cheering on everyone!
Have you decided on a 5k yet? I am doing a few in March/April (walking for me) π
I’m doing the Race2Rescue in Grapevine March 29th. Which ones are you doing? I’ve been considering doing some others to push myself towards the half marathon you’re doing in December.
I’m in! I’m in! I start my 5k training this month so I will be moving. A lot! Bring it Februray!
I will give you a prod in hiney π It is what friends do!
I am in it for February! I’m going to keep the same fitness goals for this month as I did in January – move a minimum of 10 minutes each day AND track all my food I consume (keeping track of calories, but not trying to keep below any number or lose weight specifically).
Thanks for everything!
YEAH! I think it is awesome that tracking is your goal and not losing weight. I have heard the key is just visualizing which is something that can be helpful even when just talking to the dr. I am proud of you!
Decided to join this month and even managed to make my sister do a walk with me one day.
WOOT WOOT! Tell your sister welcome aboard too π Way to get her moving with you π
I’m in! I’ll be tracking my progress on Twitter.
YEAH! I am doing the Leslie plan this month. π
This is great! I recently started running because my sisters and I are signed up for our first half marathon in June. So I’m still walking/running but your challenge gives me more motivation!! Good luck everyone =)
YEAH! That is awesome that you are doing a half in June! I will be cheering you on π
I’m back again…love this and love reading about everyone’s week!!!
Thank you again Felicia for organizing this!!! You rock!!!
YEAH! I love our group! I also love that so many are still going strong π
I am in for February. Have walked day one and two! As I am back at work I will limit to 30min a day and at my pace that is about 3km. I am happy to commit small and achieve!
WOOT WOOT! Small is awesome! It is way better than none and I think the way to go!
Good luck to everyone and have fun!
Thanks for cheering us on!
Time to start a new month! My first week I did 3 days, but last week I managed to squeeze in 4. Hoping to make it 5 this time around!
YEAH! You are kicking butt and taking names π I always say start where you can and be PROUD!
I hope I can join in and exercise by riding my stationery bike instead of walking. I find it less painful on my arthritic feet and helps me sneak in reading time too. π
Everything counts! EVERYTHING! π With RA I am sure you have to pick/choose your exercise. I am so proud that you choose to do something π
I sign up π
WOOT WOOT!
