Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time to make a commitment for August 2014. Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress for Jan, now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!” Remember that at the end of August I will be drawing one person from every one participating for a book of your choice up to $10 from either Amazon or Book Depository. I’m in again for August, BBW is the only thing keeping me on track lol. I missed first check in after a crazy week of helping my son and his family move unexpectedly.
School starts soon, so I’ll be getting back to my workout routine.
I’m hoping to stay healthy and be able to keep up with the walking this month. Good luck everyone.

I am committed to getting back on track, I walked all winter and spring with my kids and then JUne and July were bad bad bad… We are headed out to walk in a few a good start!
I’m glad that Jen was able to take over for you for the month of August so that you can finish up your renos. It’s supposed to rain all day, so no walk for me ’til tomorrow. 🙁

August I’d like to just keep doing what I’m doing and walk/run/strength train three times a week (usually a 45 minute combo of the three).
