Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time to make a commitment for Sept 2014. Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress for Jan, now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m joining in this month! I’m super excited to see this, I’ve been working hard the past month and half on my weight loss and exercising goals, and I have a fitbit, a list of audiobooks to read, or if Im treadmilling it, i read my nook. I’m excited! working on my post on my blog now
For the last couple of weeks I’ve been exercising regularly and I already see changes in my body. I want to be in the best shape of my life for my 40th birthday next year… Yes! The big 4 and 0! So… I’m in! 🙂
Of course I am in cos extra pounds have sneaked up upon me and I shall try to vanquish them
I’ll be keeping the walking up. I’m in DC for a week in September, but I don’t see that hurting my steps any. I’m guessing there will be tons of walking.
Although I’m feeling a bit frustrated with the scale these days, I am committed to my fitness routine! In September my goal is to start adding some jogging with my walking, to see if that will help burn those extra pounds!

I am definitely in…I need to get back to a more regular routine. While I did get in my 30 minutes 5 days a week during August, they weren’t power walks by any means. Mom and I just decided we are going to do 2 marathons (walking of course!) next year again – a 1/2 in March and but a full in July…eek!!! I really need to get my butt in gear if I want to stay in shape for these, especially having just done the last 1/2 this past July.
I love that this group has been going strong for this long…we may not ever “see” each other, but knowing that we have the support of each other and that we check-in each week keeps me on track. Thanks so much Felicia for organizing this!!!
I can’t believe we are in to the 9th month of 2014 and I am still walking. All thanks to this challenge. 🙂
August was a good walking month for me, hope September will be even better as the weather gets a little cooler!
