Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in Nov 21 2014
Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I am still doing great. I have no idea about my steps though as my fitbit has been dead since Sunday. I was supposed to get my charger yesterday but that didn’t happen (I left it in Long Beach). Hopefully today it will be in the mail. So far I am down 8lbs and 14 inches. Most importantly I am under 200lbs which just has me doing a jig 🙂

Woot! Congrats! I have a fitbit problem too – only mine is that the fitbit wont charge. They’re replacing it, thank goodness!
Congratulations!! You are doing so great and I have been so lazy!! I keep making excuses (work, kids, weather) but I know I should do better. I saw your pictures on Instagram and it looked like you had a lot of fun at Long Beach. Keep up the great work!
The cold has finally made it’s way here to NY so I did all my walking indoors this week, plus I got back to doing some yoga, too. Hope your fitbit charger made it back to you…I love my fitbit and feel lost without it!

My week was low-key. Did walk everyday, but nothing extended and no jogging. The cold weather is putting a damper on my desire to be out running! But still enjoying the walking.
Congrats on the pounds and inches. I haven’t been very good this week. Or I should say, my days have either been really good or really bad. It is averaging lower in steps and miles for the month. I plan to pick back up.
