First Thought When Finished: Bare It All had Holy hot undercover cops! *SWOON*

Story Thoughts: The first thought I had when I finished book 1 in the Love Undercover series was I need this book! See I was a huge fan of the Men Who Walk the Edge of Honor series and I liked the idea of combining characters from both. IT WORKED! Seriously y’all, this story really did meet my Romantic Suspense expectations. The case was fast paced, the action was gnarly, and the romance wasn’t too rushed (especially if you read book 1). I read this in one afternoon and now I am patiently waiting on the next one: ROWDY! (said in my best Rocky voice)

Character Thoughts: I adore the characters in Bare It All! Alice is one complicated chic: secretive, overly armed, and good with dogs. What is not to love about that? I mean if ever there was a leading lady built to hook up with a police officer it is her. Reese is her match in every way. He just FITS! Oh, he is sexy as hell and at times has that “swagger” that alpha male types do BUT he is also patient, kind, and uber swoon-worthy! We get all the other characters we have grown to love. We get to check back in with Pepper and Logan. I giggled at their banter and Logan’s “healing. Dash is there too and I think I see that romance in the making. Did I mention that I might have a thing for Rowdy. We get to swoon over him next!

Final Thoughts: If you love sexy undercover cops then I think you just might enjoy this series as much as I do πŸ™‚

  1. I love them all. Military ranks high. Hot firemen are SWEET! And certain types of cops, especially detective or undercover types.

  2. I’ve never really thought about it, but I’m going to go with Marines. Simply because undercover agents don’t have a uniform πŸ˜‰

I love a well built man in a football uniform…it shows off their ass very well. Also young hot fire fighters are really yummy!

My favorite man in uniform is my hubby! He is an EMS pilot and when he has his uniform on with his classes…YUM!!!

  7. Donna Murphy

Marines!!! Around 25 years ago I had this poster in my apartment that had a Marine on it and it said “I love a Man in Uniform!” Dates did not like, at all!!! LOL

I love men in uniforms, but I would have to say my favorite would be Marines and law enforcement. I had to say both because of my hubby πŸ™‚

  9. J Chris

I would say that a military man or a fire fighter would be my favorite.
I’ve been a fan of Lori for about a year or so now. Love her books!

I could not put the book down. Read it in one afternoon, skipped lunch and made boyfriend cook dinner lol. Can’t wait for the next in the series. I love men in uniform but also the men who are sexy, tough and always willing to help those who need it. Keep up the great work.

My favourite man in uniform would be a police officer. His handcuffs would be very useful and he would be able to teach me how to restrain my unruly children!

  16. Fave man IN uniform? Seriously asking ME that question. I would think you didn’t know me at all! Of course I know yours and my fave man is OUT of uniform. πŸ˜‰

Oh seriously, I did enjoy her other series so I’m wanting to try this one. So glad you enjoyed it. I know I will now! πŸ™‚

I’m not a big fan of men in uniforms however if I had to choose it would be a firefighter.
I’ve heard of Lori but I’ve never read her work. I will have to add her to my TBR stack and read this series because I’m hearing a lot of good things about it. Thanks for the awesome review and giveaway.

favorite uniform… I’m gonna go with fireman… I have this picture that sticks in my head of Joe Manganiello in the fireman suspenders and pants, and no shirt (pretty sure it’s from magic mike). Yeah, I’m saying fireman. Enough said ;P
