Are you Team Rex?
Are you Team Bob?
Last night’s scoreboard had them pretty dead even in the race to see who should steal Stephanie Plum’s heart!
What a fun event Barnes and Noble put on for the Janet Evanovich signing! It was super organized, tons of fun, and the staff was great!
It started out that morning where the line to get your wristband looked a little something like this….
I was able to score 2 wristbands: 1 for me and 1 for my sister! We got group H and I love the way B&N did that. They gave you your line up time so you didn’t have to sit around all night. Since the last count I heard was 900 people for the signing, Janet didn’t talk, she got right to business so she didn’t leave anyone out!
We got in line about 8:30 and oh what a fun time we had! The people in line around us were riots. B&N also had little pitstops along the way: Cheescake bites at the first one, Plum Lovin’ pins at the next one, and the voters board for Team Bob vs Rex (which was seriously 50/50 after 300 votes–how cool is that)!
About 9’oclock we were half way there! We were having a blast shooting the breeze with fellow line members so it went pretty darn quick from that point out 🙂
Aww the lady herself! About 9:45 was the time we got to meet Janet. She was sweet, personable, and the lady from the publishing house was a riot. Janet signed my book for my dad for father’s day (he loves the series) and signed my kindle cover! She had been sitting there at that point from 6pm without getting up, she is such a tropper!
PS the blue dot means I am Team Ranger but I thought we were talking about for myself. I think Stephanie should have Bob so that Ranger needs to run into some other person’s arms for comfort LOL 🙂
Overall, a fantastic night!
