My co-blogger Donna has a few thanks that she would like to give this November! She is a delightful person with a real love for the Historical Romance Book Community. I wanted to bring more historical to my blog and Donna stepped up. I appreciate that she is a good friend, has excellent taste in books, and helps me a lot not only on the blog but also picking Historical Romance for bookclub!
I’m thankful to Lorraine Heath for:
Inviting me to join the Cover Girls book club. We have such fun discussing books and eating Mexican food.
Asking me to be part of the committee for the Buns & Roses Romance Tea for Literacy. RALC is such a worthy charity and I have so much fun hanging out with the authors.
Writing such wonderful books that her “keepers” take up more than 1 shelf.
I’m thankful to Katharine Ashe for:
Listening to me begging, pleading for a secondary character to have his own HEA! She wrote a wonderful novella, How to Marry a Highlander, and it won an award!
Dragging me kicking and screaming onto Facebook. It took awhile to get used to, but now I have so many real and online friends who like the same books I do!
For being a good friend who helped me get over a broken relationship.
To Felicia for: Allowing me to post my historical romance reviews on her wonderful blog and introducing me to new authors and author events.
Who are your favorite Historical Romance Authors? Who are your favorite Bloggers?
During her non-reading time you can find her hanging with her rescue furr children named after book characters: Lizzie a beautiful cattle dog mix (Pound Pup), Cinder a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Pound Pup), and Minerva a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Foster Fail). Gathering with friends and family, attending conventions, watching movies/tv shows, rooting for the 49rs, and crocheting.
