#30DaysOfThanks2015 Day 1 Narrator: Beverley A Crick

Posted November 1, 2015 by Felicia S in Month of Thanks / 8 Comments

Hi Yโ€™all! It is November and I am bringing back #30DaysOfThanks for Year 4 aka #30DaysOfThanks2015. I had so much fun doing this last 3 years that I thought I would recycle the program again this year. Switching it up this year with 3 posts a day–1 author, 1 narrator, and 1 blogger that really touched me this year. I didn’t have room to thank everyone because really my life overfloweth with awesome bloggers, books, and listening enjoyment. I tried to fit in some new people who have come into my life/reading enjoyment the last year while still shouting out my tribe of many years. I am so glad that I didn’t have room because it means my life ROCKS!

Beverley A Crick

Crick_B_DI found Beverley through the Shana Galen book: The Art of Sinning. I then went on to listen to the Covenant Garden Cubs Series also by Shana. She has landed on my favorite historical narrators list. I hope to try more of her in the future. Even though her playlist is small right now, I really think she has an awesome voice and we will see more of her through the years.

My reviews of her work

About Beverley: Beverley A. Crick is a New Yorkโ€“based actress and accomplished voice-over artist. Her credits include film, television, commercials, radio, corporate narrations, looping, theater, comedy, and hosting. She breathes life into her characters and is a versatile chameleon, as comfortable weaving nurturing children’s tales as she is narrating technical/academic material or biographies, infusing Regency romances with stylized intrigue or imbuing erotic fantasy with intimate sensuality. Her humor, dedication to research, and sensibility to nuance collectively inform all her narrations.

  1. She has a great voice. I have The Art of Sinning in my audio pile so now I can’t wait to listen to it. ๐Ÿ™‚ I haven’t found a lot of historical romance narrators that I love yet, so maybe she will be one. ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I’ve never listened to this narrator. I don’t listen to historical romances, so if that is mostly what she does, I don’t see myself crossing paths with her, but I’ll keep my eye out for her.

    • So she did The Night Gardner and some UF book but mostly she is historical. I think she is fairly new though so I am crossing my fingers for her ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I found her through The Art of Sinning too and I agree – she’s one of my favorite narrators now too. I need to look up more of her books.
