Month of Thanks

Hi Y’all! It is November and I am bringing back the Month of Thanks. I had so much fun doing this last year that I thought I would recycle the program again this year.   Each day I will highlight one book from 2013 that really stuck with me and one blogger (and their awesomeness) that I am thankful for! These are not in any particular order and by no means is 30 going to cover everyone (or books) that I love.

Read/Listened for Fun (Kindle/Audible)
Overall Rating: 5.00
Story Rating: 5.00
Character Rating: 5.00

Audio Rating: 3.50 (not part of the overall rating)

First Thought when Finished: Styxx left me absolutely gutted and wondering just where we go from here!

Why I Loved It:  Styxx really took the series and flipped it upside down.  I loved getting to know a few characters from a different perspective. It just really clawed at my heart!

Best Thing About Her: She is funny, spunky, and just a delight to follow!

Why I *heart* her:  Karen is one of those people who just makes me smile.  If your read her reviews, you really get a great sense of her personality.  She is honest about how she feels about the books she reads and manages to make you really understand her POV.  She really stands out as a unique voice in the book blogging world.

Why you should follow her: She is another person that I follow that is a huge eclectic reader.  I love the fact that I am never sure what she will being reading/reviewing.  I have found a lot of little gems through her!

  2. I love this concept and I can already tell I’m going to be discovering so many great books and bloggers because of it! Karen is another blogger I wasn’t familiar with – I look forward to checking her out!
